Based on the answers you have provided, you should be eligible for in-state tuition and the College Opportunity Fund under the 2013 Colorado ASSET law. The college will issue the final decision on your ASSET eligibility.

Prior to the first day of enrollment, you will need to provide proof of physical presence in Colorado for the past 18 months to the college you plan to attend.
